\u201cHe (God) said:“ What prevented you (o Satan) <\/span>from prostrating <\/span>after I told you to? ? “ <\/span>He (Satan) said: „I am better than he (Adam). You created me out of fire, but you made him out of clay!“ <\/span>(Quran 7:12)<\/span><\/span>
\nThis is how the history of racism begins. <\/span>Satan considered himself superior to Adam because of his origin. <\/span>From that day on, Satan misled many of Adam’s descendants, he also made them think they were superior to others, persecuted them and exploited their fellow human beings. <\/span>Quite often religion was used to justify racism. <\/span>Judaism, for example, regardless of its Middle Eastern origins, is readily accepted as a Western religion; <\/span>but the entry of Jews into all strata of western society reveals the elitist reality of Judaism. <\/span>A pious who reads the Bible verse: <\/span><\/span>
\n„See, now I know that there is no God in all countries except Israel.“ <\/span>(2 Kings 5:15)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

… would assume that God was only worshiped by the Israelites in those days. <\/span>Judaism today, however, still focuses on their pride in being the ‚chosen‘ people, the superior race. <\/span><\/span>
\n„Say:“ O you who are Jews, if you think you are God’s protected persons to the exclusion of other people, then wish you death if you are truthful. “ <\/span>(Quran 62: 6) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In contrast, while the overwhelming majority of Christians are non-Jews, the last of the Israelite prophets had been sent to none other than the Jews. [1]<\/span><\/span>
\n\u201cAnd then Jesus, the son of Mary, said:“ O children of Israel, I am God’s Messenger with you, the confirmation of what was there of the Torah before me, and the bearer of the good news of a messenger who will come after me His name will be Ahmad. [2] … ‚\u201d(Quran 61: 6) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Just as every prophet was sent exclusively to his own people [3], every prophet except Muhammad. <\/span><\/span>
\n\u201d Say (o Muhammad): „O people, I am a Messenger of God for all of you … ‚\u201d (Quran 7: 158) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Since Muhammad was God’s last prophet and Messenger, his message was universal and not just for his own people – the Arabs – but for all peoples of the world. <\/span>The Prophet said:<\/span><\/span>
\n„Each prophet has been sent exclusively to his people while I have been sent for all of humanity.“ <\/span>(Sahieh Al-Bukhari) <\/span><\/span>
\n\u201cAnd we have only sent you as a <\/span>giver of good <\/span>news and a warner for all people; <\/span>however most people don’t know. \u201d <\/span>(Quran 34:28) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nBilal the Abyssinian <\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

One of the first to adopt Islam was an Abyssinian slave named Bilal. <\/span>Black Africans have traditionally been a very underappreciated people from the perspective of the Arabs, who thought they had little use other than entertainment and slavery. <\/span>When Bilal adopted Islam, he was brutally tortured by his pagan master in the scorching desert heat until Abu Bakr, the Prophet’s closest friend, freed him by buying him free.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The prophet named Bilal a caller to prayer. <\/span>The adhan that can be heard on every corner from the minarets of the world has exactly the same wording that Bilal used to call. <\/span>A previously low slave won the unique honor of being the first muezzin in Islam. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

„And truly, we honored the children of Adam …“ (Quran 17:70) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Western romanticism venerates ancient Greece as the birthplace of democracy. [4] <\/span>However, the reality is that slaves and women, as the vast majority of the Athenians, have been denied the right to choose their rulers. <\/span>Islam ordered that even a slave could be used as a leader. <\/span>The Prophet commanded: <\/span><\/span>
\n„Obey your leader even if he is an Abyssinian slave.“ <\/span>(Ahmad) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nSalman the Persian<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

Like most of his countrymen, Salman was raised as a devout Zoroastrian. <\/span>After meeting some Christians, however, he accepted Christianity as „something better“. <\/span>Thereupon Salman traveled a great deal in search of knowledge, from service to a learned monk to another, the last of whom said: \u00b4O my son, I do not know anyone who has the same (faith) as we do. <\/span>However, the time has come for a new prophet to emerge. <\/span>This prophet follows the religion of Abraham. The monk then went on to describe this prophet; <\/span>his character and where he would appear. <\/span>Salman immigrated to Arabia, the land of prophecy, and when he heard about and met Muhammad, he immediately recognized him based on his teacher’s descriptions and adopted Islam. <\/span>Salman became known for his knowledge, and he was the first to translate the Quran into another language – Persian. <\/span>Once the Prophet was with his companions, the following was revealed to him:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cHe (God) is the one who among the illiterate (Arabs) has raised a Messenger (Muhammad) from among them to read His verses to them and to purify them and to teach them the scriptures and the wisdom, although they are was previously in manifest error, and others of them (non-Arabs) who have not yet caught up with them (as Muslims … \u201d(Quran 62: 2-3) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Messenger of God then put his hand on Salman and said : <\/span><\/span>
\n„Even if the belief were close to (the stars) of Pleiades, a man of these (Persians) would surely reach him.“ (Sahieh Muslim) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nSuhayb the Romans<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

Suhayb enjoyed the privilege of being born into his father’s luxurious home, which was a governor in the Persian Empire. <\/span>When he was a child, Suhayb was captured by Byzantine burglars and sold as a slave in Constantinople.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Suhayb escaped bondage and fled to Mecca, a famous place for asylum seekers, where he soon became a successful trader, known as ‚ar-Rumi‘, the Roman, for his Byzantine dialect and upbringing. <\/span>When Suhayb heard Muhammad preach, he was suddenly convinced of the truth of his message and accepted Islam. <\/span>Like all early Muslims, Suhayb was persecuted by the Meccan idolaters. <\/span>He therefore sold his entire fortune in exchange for a safe departure in order to be able to accompany the Prophet to Medina, whereupon the Prophet greeted him three times out of joy to see Suhayb: „Your trade was fruitful, o [Suhayb]! <\/span>Your trade was fruitful! \u00b4 God had informed the Prophet of Suhayb’s great deed before their reunification through this revelation:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd there is a lot of people who give themselves up in the desire for God’s pleasure. <\/span>And God is truly kind to the servants. <\/span>\u201d(Quran 2: 207) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Prophet loved Suhayb very much and said that he preceded the Romans on the way to Islam. <\/span>Suhayb’s piety and high rank among Muslims led the Khalif’Umar to choose Suhayb on his deathbed to lead the Muslims until they had agreed on a successor. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nAbdullah the Hebrew<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

The Jews were a different people, which the pre-Islamic Arabs despised. <\/span>Many Jews and Christians expected a new prophet to appear in Arabia during the time of Prophet Muhammad. <\/span>Jews, especially from the Levite tribe, had settled in large numbers in the city of Medina and its surroundings. <\/span>But when the so much awaited prophet came, not a Hebrew son of Israel but an Arab descendant from Ishmael, the Jews rejected him. <\/span>Except for a few, like Hussein bin Salam. <\/span>Hussein was the most learned rabbi and leader of the Jews in Medina, but he was denounced and slandered by them when he adopted Islam. <\/span>The prophet gave him the name Hussein \u00b4Abdullah\u00b4, which means \u00b4servant of God\u00b4 and told him that he was destined for paradise.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

‚O assembly of the Jews! <\/span>Be aware of God and accept what Muhammad has brought. <\/span>By God, you know with certainty that He is God’s Messenger and you can find prophecies of Him and mentions of His name and attributes in your Torah. <\/span>For my part, I declare that he is the Messenger of God. <\/span>I believe in him and I believe that he is real. <\/span>I recognize him.\u00b4 God revealed the following about Abdullah. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026 Although a witness testified of the children of Israel what is like him (that the Quran, like the Torah, comes from God). <\/span>– He believed, but you are too haughty. \u201d <\/span>(Quran 46:10) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

So we find among the companions of the Prophet Muhammad Africans, Persians, Romans and Israelites; <\/span>Representatives from every continent. <\/span>As the Prophet said:<\/span><\/span>
\n\u201cMy real friends and allies is not the tribe so-and-so. <\/span>But my friends and allies are all the pious wherever they may be. \u201d <\/span>(Sahieh Al-Bukhari, Sahieh Muslim) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n(part 3 of 3)<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

The companions of the prophet worked for him for this universal brotherhood that Islam teaches. <\/span>When companion Ubada bin as-Samit led a delegation to Muqawqis, the partiarch from Alexandria exclaimed: ‚Get this black man away from me and let someone else talk to me instead! <\/span>How can you agree that a black man is your leader? <\/span>Wouldn’t it be more fitting if he was among you? „“ Indeed not! „Answered Ubada’s comrades,“ although he is black, as you can see, he is the best of us in terms of rank, intelligence and wisdom ; <\/span>because black people are not <\/span><\/span>disregarded by us.\u00b4 \u201cBelievers are brothers\u2026\u201d (Quran 49:10)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

It is the Ha\u011f\u011f or pilgrimage to Mecca that is the ultimate symbol of unity and fraternity among people. <\/span>Here the rich and poor of all nations stand and bow in one unity before God – the largest gathering of mankind; <\/span>testifies to the Prophet’s words when he said: <\/span><\/span>
\n\u201cAn Arab does not take precedence over a non-Arab, nor does a non-Arab take precedence over an Arab; <\/span>White does not take precedence over black, nor does black take precedence over white; <\/span>[nobody is superior to another] except in fear of God and in good deed. \u201d <\/span>(Ahmad) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

And this is confirmed in the Quran:<\/span><\/span>
\n\u201cO people, we have created you from man and woman and made you peoples and tribes so that you may recognize each other. <\/span>Truly, the most respected of you is the most respected of God, who is most fearful of God … \u201d(Quran 49:13) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As for nationalism, with its division of Muslims into ethnic and tribunal lines, it is considered a bad renewal. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen your fathers and your sons and your brothers and your wives and your relatives and the fortune that you have acquired and the trade that you fear to decline and the dwellings that you love are dearer than God and being Messenger and the effort for His cause, then wait until God comes with His decision; <\/span>and God does not show the way of the disobedient. \u201d <\/span>(Quran 9:24)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Prophet said: <\/span><\/span>
\n\u201c… whoever fights under the stupid banner becomes fanatic, calls for tribal consciousness or supports tribal consciousness and dies: then he dies the death of the \u011eahiliyya (ie pre \/ Islamic ignorance and unbelief) . \u201d <\/span>(Sahieh Muslim) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Quran further says: <\/span><\/span>
\n\u201cWhen the unbelievers had partiality in their hearts – the partiality of the \u011eahiliyya – God sent His rest on His Messenger and on the believers …\u201d (Quran 48:26) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Actually form Muslims have a single body and an over-nation, as the Prophet explained:<\/span><\/span>
\n„The parable of the believers in their mutual love and grace is like that of a living body: when one part hurts the whole body suffers from insomnia and fever.“ <\/span>(Sahieh Muslim) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\nThe Quran confirms this unity: <\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u201cAnd so we made you (the believers) into a (single) church of honest conviction\u2026\u201d (Quran 2: 143)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Perhaps the fallacy that Islam is primarily a religion for the Orient or for dark-skinned people is one of the greatest barriers for Westerners to accept Islam. <\/span>There is no doubt that racist injustices against numerous blacks, whether they were Abyssinian slaves in pre-Islamic Arabia or African Americans in the 20th century, led many to adopt Islam. <\/span>But only by the way. <\/span>The Prophet Muhammad himself had a light complexion, which his companions called „white and rosy“ – a description that many millions of believing Arabs, Berbers and Persians share. <\/span>Even blue-eyed blondes are not uncommon among the peoples of the Middle East. <\/span>In addition, Europeans have more similarities to white Muslims than to ‚colored‘ immigrants. <\/span>The Bosnians, for example, whose numbers were decimated at the end of the 20th century, promoted peace and stability in almost the entire Balkans due to their heroism and tradition. <\/span>The majority of the Albanians, who descended from Europe’s Illyrians, are also Muslims. <\/span>Indeed, one of the leading scholars of the 20th century – Imam Muhammad Nasir-ud-Dien al-Albani – as his name suggests, was Albanian. <\/span>are also mostly Muslims. <\/span>Indeed, one of the leading scholars of the 20th century – Imam Muhammad Nasir-ud-Dien al-Albani – as his name suggests, was Albanian. <\/span>are also mostly Muslims. <\/span>Indeed, one of the leading scholars of the 20th century – Imam Muhammad Nasir-ud-Dien al-Albani – as his name suggests, was Albanian.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

„Truly, we have created man in the best shape.“ <\/span>(Quran 95: 4)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Since the anthropologists declared the Caucasus Mountains, Europe’s highest point, to be the „cradle of the white race“, the whites have been called „Caucasians“. <\/span>The inhabitants of these mountains are now Muslims. <\/span>There are numerous little-known tribes of overwhelming mountain dwellers and decent women, famous for their courage and beauty, and when Mameluk rulers attacked Syria and Egypt, they helped defend the civilized world and protect the holy places from the raids of the Mongol hordes to protect. <\/span>Then there are the raw Chechens, probably the most uncomfortable of all God’s creatures, whose persistence and resilience helped them escape the fate of many other tribes. <\/span>Meanwhile, over 1,000,000 Americans and Northern European Caucasian whites – Anglo-Saxons, Franconia, <\/span>Germans, Scandinavians and Celts included – Islam. <\/span>Indeed, Islam moved peacefully into parts of Europe even before Christianity, when: „Long ago the Russian slaves had not started to build Christian churches or to conquer these sites in the name of European civilization, the Bulgarian heard of the Banks of the Volga and the Kama already Quran. ‚ <\/span>(Solov’ev, 1965) [On May 16, 922, Islam became the public state religion of the Volga Bulgarians with whom today’s Bulgarians share their common ancestors.] <\/span>The Bulgarians on the banks of the Volga and the Kama have already heard the Qur’an build Christian churches or conquer these sites in the name of European civilization. ‚ <\/span>(Solov’ev, 1965) [On May 16, 922, Islam became the public state religion of the Volga Bulgarians with whom today’s Bulgarians share their common ancestors.] <\/span>The Bulgarian on the banks of the Volga and the Kama have already heard of the Quran on building Christian churches or conquering these sites in the name of European civilization. ‚ <\/span>(Solov’ev, 1965) [On May 16, 922, Islam became the public state religion of the Volga Bulgarians with whom today’s Bulgarians share their common ancestors.]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd under His signs are the creation of heaven and earth and the (wonderful) diversity of languages \u200b\u200band colors. <\/span>Here are truly signs for those who know. \u201d <\/span>(Quran 30:22)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
