Belief in certain prophets that God has chosen to deliver His message to people is a necessary principle of faith in Islam. <\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

\u201cThe Messenger (of God) believes in what has been sent down to him from his Lord (as a revelation), and also believers; <\/span>all believe in God, His angels, His books and His messengers. <\/span>We make no difference to someone from His messengers. \u201d <\/span>(Quran 2: 285)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

God transmits His message and will through human prophets. <\/span>They represent a connection between the earth’s inhabitants and the heavenly beings. God chose them to convey His message to the people. <\/span>There are no other means of transmission to receive divine communications. <\/span>This is the communication system between the creator and the creatures. <\/span>God does not send angels to every individual being, nor does He open the heavens so that people can climb up to receive the message. <\/span>His communication path leads through human prophets, to whom the message of Allah is communicated by angels.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Believing in the prophets and messengers means having a firm belief that God has chosen moral, sincere men to deliver His message and share it with mankind. <\/span>Blessed will be those who follow them and cursed those who refuse to obey. <\/span>They faithfully transmitted their message without hiding, changing or bribing anything. <\/span>Rejecting a prophet is tantamount to rejecting the one who sent it and disobeying a prophet is tantamount to disobeying the one who ordered him to be obedient. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

God sent a prophet to every people, mostly one of their own, to call them to serve God alone and to avoid false gods.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

„And ask whom of our messengers We have sent down before you, whether We have used (other) gods instead of the merciful one to serve.“ <\/span>(Quran 43:45) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Muslims believe in all the prophets mentioned in Islamic sources, such as Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ismael, David, Solomon, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad, may God praise him for a few To name names. <\/span>A general belief is sufficient for those who are not named by their names, as God says: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe have already sent messengers before you (Muhammad). <\/span>Among them there are some that We have told you about and some that We have not told you about. \u201d <\/span>(Quran 40:78)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Muslims firmly believe that the last prophet – Muhammad – is the prophet of Islam and that there will be no further prophets after him. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

To appreciate this fact, one must understand that the teachings of the last prophet have been preserved in the original language of the primary sources. <\/span>There is no need for another prophet. <\/span>In the case of the earlier prophets, their writings were lost or their message was distorted to such an extent that the truth was difficult to distinguish from the wrong. <\/span>The message of Prophet Muhammad has remained clear and preserved, and will remain so until the end of time. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nThe meaning of the mission of the prophets <\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n

We can determine the following main reasons for the mission of the prophets:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

(1) To guide mankind away from the worship of created beings to worship at their only Creator, from the status of service to creation to the freedom to serve only their true Lord <\/span><\/span>
\n(2) to explain the meaning and purpose of creation to mankind . <\/span>This is: to serve God and to obey His commands; <\/span>and also to explain that this life is a test for every individual; <\/span>an exam that decides what life you will live after death: a life in eternal misery or a life in eternal bliss. <\/span>There is no other sensible way to find out the true meaning of creation. <\/span><\/span>
\n(3) To show humanity the right path that will lead them to paradise and save them from hellfire<\/span><\/span>
\n(4) Consolidate evidence against humanity by sending the prophets so that people will have no excuse if questioned on the day of judgment. <\/span>They will not be able to claim to have been ignorant of the meaning of their creation and life after death <\/span><\/span>
\n. the existence of the angels and the reality of the day of judgment <\/span><\/span>
\n(6) to provide people with practical examples that instruct them to live a modest, righteous, goal-oriented life, without a doubt and confusion; <\/span>the best examples of righteousness are those who are God’s prophets.<\/span><\/span>
\n(7) To purify the soul of materialism, sin, and inattentiveness. <\/span><\/span>
\n(8) To reveal to God the teachings of God what is useful for their own benefit in this life and in the afterlife. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nYour message <\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

The most important message of all the prophets to their people was God to serve alone and no one else, and to follow His teachings. <\/span>All of them, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ismael, Moses, Aaron, David, Solomon, Jesus, Muhammad and others in addition to those we do not know have invited people to worship God and avoid false gods. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Even today the Bible says that Moses said, „Listen, Israel, the Lord is our God, the Lord alone.“ <\/span>(Deuteronomy 6: 4).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This was repeated, according to today’s New Testament, 1500 years later by Jesus when he said: „The most noble commandment is this: Listen, Israel, the Lord our God, is only the Lord.“ <\/span>(Mark 12:29). <\/span><\/span>
\n600 years after Jesus, Muhammad’s call finally echoed over the mountains of Mecca: <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cYour God is one God. <\/span>There is no god but Him, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful. \u201d <\/span>(Quran 2: 163) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nThe Venerable Quran makes this clear: <\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

\u201cAnd we have not sent before you a messenger whom we would not have given (the instruction): there is no god but me, so serve me! <\/span>\u201d(Quran 21:25) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\nThe bearers of the message<\/span><\/span><\/h4>\n

God chose the best of men to deliver His message. <\/span>Prophethood is neither a merit nor an achievement, as is, for example, a higher education. <\/span>For this purpose, God chose those who pleased him. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

They were the best in modesty and they were mentally and physically healthy. <\/span>God protected them from committing great sins or anything that would have damaged their reputation in terms of morality, modesty, and honor. <\/span>They were not wrong and made no mistakes in communicating their message. <\/span>God sent more than a hundred thousand prophets to all mankind, all peoples and races, to all ends of the world. <\/span>Some prophets were superior to others. <\/span>The best of them were Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and Muhammad, may God praise him.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

People went very far with the prophets. <\/span>They were turned away and insulted as clairvoyants, madmen and liars. <\/span>Others took them to gods and said they had divine powers, or explained them to Allah’s children, as was the case with Jesus. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In truth, they were people without divine qualities or strength. <\/span>They were godly servants. <\/span>They ate, drank, slept and lived normal human lives. <\/span>They had no power to make someone accept their message or forgive sins. <\/span>Their knowledge of the future was limited to what God revealed to them. <\/span>They had no part in regulating the affairs of the universe.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Out of God’s infinite grace and love, He sent mankind the prophets that led them to what is best for them. <\/span>He sent them as an example for people to follow them, and if people follow their example, they live a life in agreement with God’s will and earn His love and contentment.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
