The Bible says that God is not a human being. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">You can read in the Bible: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Numbers 23:19 &#8222;God is not a human being &#8230;&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Hosea 11: 9 &#8222;&#8230; because I am God and not a human being. .. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus is referred to many times in the Bible as a man: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 8:40\u201c\u2026 such a person who I have told you the truth &#8230; \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 2:22:\u201c Jesus of Nazareth, the man, from God proven among you with deeds and miracles and signs which God did through him among you, as you know yourself. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 17:31: \u201c&#8230; to whom he wants to judge the earth with righteousness through a man whom he has appointed.\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">1.Tim. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">2: 5 \u201c\u2026 the man Jesus Christ.\u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">God is not a man, but Jesus, may God praise him, was a man, so Jesus cannot have been God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">2. The Bible says that God is not the son of man <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">. Numbers 23:19: &#8222;God is not a man &#8230; nor a child of men &#8230;&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In the Bible, Jesus is often referred to as &#8222;a son of man&#8220; or &#8222;the son of man.&#8220; &#8220; designated. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Matthew 12:40: &#8222;&#8230; becomes the son of man &#8230;&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Matthew 16:27: &#8222;&#8230; the son of man comes &#8230;&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Matthew 16:28: &#8222;&#8230; until they see the son of man coming in his kingdom.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mark 2:10 &#8222;So that you know that the Son of Man has authority &#8230;&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 5:27: &#8222;&#8230; because he is the Son of Man.&#8220;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Hebrew Scriptures also refer to the Son of Man in numerous places when people are mentioned: (Job 25: 6; Psalm 80:17; 144: 3; Ezekiel 2: 1; 2: 3; 2: 6; 2: 8; 3: 1; 3: 3; 3: 4; 3:10; 3:17; 3:25). <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Since God would never contradict himself by first saying that he is not the son of a person, and then he would become a human being called the &#8222;Son of Man&#8220; &#8211; He would not do that. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Remember, God is not one who wants to create confusion. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Human beings, including Jesus, are also called \u201csons of man\u201d, especially to distinguish them from God, who according to the Bible is not a \u201cson of man\u201d. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">3. The Bible says Jesus denied that he was God<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Luke 18:19 Jesus spoke to a man who described him as &#8222;good&#8220;. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">He asked him: &#8222;What do you approve of me? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nobody is good than God alone. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Matthew 19:17 he said to him: \u201cWhat do you ask me about what is good? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Only one is good. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But if you want to go to life, keep the commandments. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus did not teach people that he was God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If Jesus had told people that he was God, he would have congratulated the man. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Instead, Jesus rebuked him, denied that he was good, and thus denied that he was God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">4. The Bible says that God is greater than Jesus <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 14:28 &#8222;&#8230; the Father is greater than me.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 10:29 \u201cThe father who gave it to me is greater than anything.\u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus cannot be God himself if he emphasizes that God is greater than him. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Christian belief that father and son should be the same is in direct contradiction to the clear words of Jesus. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">5. Jesus never commanded his disciples to worship Him or the Holy Spirit, but God and only God only <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Luke 11: 2 \u201cWhen you pray, say: &#8218;Our Father in Heaven!&#8217;\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 16:23 \u201cAnd on the same day you won&#8217;t ask me anything <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Truly, truly, I say to you: If you ask the Father something, he will give it to you in my name. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 4:23 \u201cBut the time is coming and it is now that the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">because the father wants to have those who worship him. \u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If Jesus were God, he would have let himself be worshiped. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But he didn&#8217;t do that; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">instead he emphasized the worship of God in heaven, as a result he was not God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">6. The Bible says that Jesus recognized and worshiped the One, True God, and served Him <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus prayed to God in the following words: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 17: 3 \u201cBut this is eternal life, that you, you who are only true God, and whom you have sent, Jesus Christ. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus prayed to God all night long: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Luke 6:12 &#8222;He stayed in prayer to God overnight.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u2026 Because: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Matthew 20:28: \u201cJust as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">How did Jesus worship God?<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Matthew 26:39 &#8222;&#8218;&#8230; he fell down on his face and prayed and said:&#8216; My Father &#8230; &#8218;&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Even Paul said: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Hebrews 5: 7 &#8222;And in the days of his flesh he offered prayer and supplication with strong cries and tears to those who could help him out of death; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">and is also heard because he honored God. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">To whom did Jesus pray when he fell on his face with loud cries and urgent requests? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Was it to yourself? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Did Jesus tear himself to be redeemed before death? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Nobody, healthy or sick, worships himself! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The answer must be \u201cNo!\u201d <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">ring. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus worshiped \u201cthe one true God\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus was the servant of the One who sent him. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Can there be clearer evidence that Jesus was not God?<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Quran confirms that Jesus called to worship the one true God: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201cVerily, God is my Lord and your Lord, therefore serve Him (alone). <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This is a straight path. \u201d <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">(Quran 3:51) <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">(part 2 of 4) <\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">7. The Bible says the disciples did not believe that Jesus was God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The book of Acts in the Bible follows the activities of the disciples over a period of thirty years after Jesus may God praise him &#8211; had been raised to heaven. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">During this period, they never spoke of Jesus as God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For example, Peter got up with the eleven disciples and said to a crowd:<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 2:22 \u201cYou men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, the man, shown by God among you with deeds, miracles and signs, which God did through you among you, as you know yourself &#8230;\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For Peter was Jesus&#8216; servant of God (confirmed in Matthew 12:18). <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 3:13 &#8222;The God of Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 3:26 &#8222;&#8230; God raised up his servant Jesus &#8230;&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">When he had to answer the hostility of the high council, Peter answered: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 5: 29-30 &#8222;You have to obey God more than people. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The God of our fathers raised Jesus &#8230; &#8222;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The disciples worshiped God just as Jesus commanded them to do in Luke 11: 2 and considered Jesus to be a servant of God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 4:24 \u201c&#8230; they raised their voices unanimously to God and said: &#8218;Lord, you who made heaven and earth and the sea and all that is in it.&#8217;\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 4:27 \u201c&#8230; yours holy servant Jesus whom you have anointed. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 4:30 \u201c\u2026 your holy servant Jesus.\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This is exactly what the Quran says about Jesus: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Quran 19: 30 \u201c\u2026 I am a servant of God.\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">8. The Bible says Jesus was a servant of God, a chosen and loved one <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Matthew 12:18 &#8222;Behold, this is my servant whom I have chosen and my beloved whom my soul is pleased with.&#8220;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Since Jesus is God&#8217;s servant, Jesus cannot be God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">9. The Bible says Jesus could not do anything by himself <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 5:19 &#8222;The son cannot do anything of himself, only what he sees the father can do.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 5:30 &#8222;I can&#8217;t do anything about myself.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus did not consider himself equivalent to God, he even denied that there was anything he could do about himself. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">10. The Bible says God performed miracles through Jesus &amp; Jesus was limited in <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">what he did. Matthew 9: 8 &#8222;When the people saw this, they feared and praised God who had given such power to men.&#8220;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 2:22 \u201cJesus of Nazareth, the man, shown by God among you with deeds and miracles and signs which God did through him among you, as you know yourself &#8230;\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 10:38 \u201c\u2026 he went about and has done well and healed all who were overwhelmed by the devil, because God was with him. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If Christ were God, the Bible would simply say that Jesus himself would have performed these miracles without referring to God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The fact is, however, that God gives power for the miracles that have been accomplished, and this shows that God is greater than Jesus.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus could not work miracles fully. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Once when he tried to heal a blind man, after the first attempt, the man was not immediately healed and Jesus tried again (Mark 8: 22-26). <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Another time a woman was cured of her incurable bleeding. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The woman approached him from behind, touched his coat and was healed on the spot. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But Jesus had no idea who had touched him: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mark 5:30 \u201cAnd Jesus immediately felt to himself that a power had come from him, and turned around in the crowd and said: &#8218;Who touched my clothes?&#8216; \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mark 6: 5\u201c And he couldn&#8217;t do a single act there; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">he put his hands on only a few sick people and healed them. \u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Obviously, someone with such limitations cannot be God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The power to perform miracles was not with Jesus. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">11. The Bible says angels strengthen Jesus in times of weakness; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">However, God does not need any strengthening <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Luke 22:43 &#8222;But an angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him [in the garden of Gethsemane].&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mark 1:13 &#8222;and he was tempted by Satan until he disappeared and behold, angels came and served him.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Mark 1:13 &#8222;He was in the desert forty days and was tempted by Satan and was with the animals, and the angels served him.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">People need to be strengthened; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Not God, because God is Almighty. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If Jesus had to be strengthened, he cannot be God.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">12. The Bible says that Jesus wanted God&#8217;s will to be done, not his own <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Luke 22:42: \u201cnot mine, but your will be done!\u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 5:30 &#8222;I&#8217;m not looking for my will, but the will of the one who sent me.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 6:38 &#8222;For I came from heaven not to do my will, but to do the will of the one who sent me.&#8220;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Are some partners of the same Trinity overzealous and unlike the others? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If you have different desires (\u201cI&#8217;m not looking for my will\u201d), do you obey the other&#8217;s command without asking? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus allows him to subordinate his own will, which is different from God&#8217;s (\u201cthe will of the one who sent me\u201d). <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But according to the Trinity doctrine, they should all have the same will. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Should one partner of the Trinity suppress his will in favor of the other? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Shouldn&#8217;t all three have exactly the same will? <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">13. The Bible says that the teachings of Jesus came from God, NOT from Jesus himself <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 7:16 &#8222;Jesus answered them and said:&#8220; My teaching is not mine, but that which sent me. &#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus would not have said this if he were God, because then the teaching would have been his.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">19. The Bible says that Jesus died, but God cannot die. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Bible teaches that Jesus died. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">God never dies. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">It is written in Romans 1:23 and other verses that God is immortal. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Immortal means &#8222;not subject to death&#8220;. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This term only applies to God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">20. The Bible says Jesus lived because of God <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 6:57 &#8222;I live for the Father&#8217;s sake.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Jesus cannot be God because his own existence was dependent on God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">21. The Bible says God made Jesus a &#8222;Lord&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Acts 2:36 &#8222;&#8230; that God made this Jesus &#8230; Lord and Christ.&#8220;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The term \u201cLord\u201d is used frequently in the Bible and others other than God and Jesus are also referred to as \u201cLord\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For example: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">1) Owner (Matthew 20: 8) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">2) Housekeeper (Mark 13:35) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">3) Owner of slaves (Matthew 10:24) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">4) Husband (1 Peter 3: 6) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">5) A son calls his father Lord (Matthew 21:30) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">6) The Roman conquerors were called Lord (Acts 25:26) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">7) Roman authorities were called Lord (Matthew 27:63) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&#8222;Lord&#8220; is not the same as &#8222;God.&#8220; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201cLord\u201d (the Greek word is curious) is a respectful and honorable form of address for a man and is often used in the Bible. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If Jesus were God, it would make no sense for the Bible to say that he was made a \u201cLord\u201d.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">24. The Bible says Jesus was lower than Angels <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Hebrews 2: 9, &#8222;But the one who was&#8220; a little lower than the angels, &#8222;Jesus.&#8220; <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">God, the creator of the angels, cannot be lower than His own creation, but Jesus. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Therefore Jesus was not God. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">25. The Bible says twice that Jesus claimed to be God, but he denied<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">According to the Bible, there were two incidents in which the Jews hostile to Jesus because they thought he was God or that he was on par with God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Had Jesus &#8211; may God praise him &#8211; claim that he was God, he would have been more often hostile on this basis. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">When asked about these two cases &#8211; in one case he claimed to be God himself, in the other he should have been on a par with God &#8211; he dismissed these allegations. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">To the accusation that he had placed himself on the same level as God, he replied immediately: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">John 5:19, 30 \u201cThe son cannot do anything about himself, only what he sees the father doing\u201d; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">and immediately afterwards: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">&#8222;I can&#8217;t do anything by myself.&#8220;<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In response to the accusation of making himself God, he appeals to the Jews, essentially with: Your own writings call Moses a god and your high priests gods; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">I am certainly not inferior to them, but I did not call myself God, only the \u201cson\u201d of God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">(John 10: 34-36).<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But it is highly questionable whether this was actually Jesus&#8216; answer. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Hasting&#8217;s &#8222;The Dictionary of the Bible&#8220; says: &#8222;It is doubted that Jesus should have spoken of himself like this.&#8220; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In Grolier&#8217;s encyclopedia we read under the note &#8222;Jesus Christ&#8220;: &#8222;It is uncertain whether the father \/ son language (Mark 18:32; Matthew 11: 25-27; John) goes back to Jesus himself.&#8220; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">A professor from the University of Richmond, Dr. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Robert Alley, after in-depth study of newly found old documents, concluded that:<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201c&#8230;. The (biblical) passages in which Jesus speaks about the Son of God are later insertions &#8230; what the Church says about him. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Such an assertion of divinity would not in the least fit his entire lifestyle, as we can reconstruct. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In the first thirty years after Jesus&#8216; death, Christianity continued to live as a sect of Judaism. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For the first thirty years, the church existed within the synagogue. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">It would have gone beyond belief if they (the followers) had boldly proclaimed the divinity of Jesus. \u201d <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Let&#8217;s say Jesus actually said he was the \u201cson\u201d of God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">What does that mean? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">To do this, we first have to understand the language of his people, the language of the Jews with whom he spoke.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">First, most people think that there are no other verses that contradict each other or give a similar divine sonship to other people in the Old or New Testament. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">According to the Bible, however, God had a few \u201csons\u201d: Adam [1], Jacob is God&#8217;s son and firstborn [2], Solomon [3], Ephraim [4] is God&#8217;s firstborn, ordinary people are called sons of God. [5] <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">All four Gospels report that Jesus said, \u201cBlessed are the peacemakers; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">they are called sons of God. \u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The word \u201cson\u201d cannot be taken literally, because obviously in the Bible God describes many of His chosen servants as \u201cson\u201d and \u201csons\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Hebrews believed that God is one and had no wife or children in any sense. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">It is therefore understandable that the expression \u201cson of God\u201d only means \u201cservant of God\u201d; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">one who, because of his constant worship, was close to God like a son to his father. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Christians, who later came from Greek or Roman culture, misused this term. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Based on their ancient \u201cfamilies of gods\u201d, they viewed \u201cson of God\u201d as the rebirth of a god or as someone who was born through a physical union of a male and a female God. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This can be seen in Acts 14: 11-13, <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">where we can read how Paul and Barnabas preached in a city in Turkey and the idolaters claimed they were rebirths of gods. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">They called Barnabas the Roman god Zeus and Paul the Roman god Hermes.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Furthermore, the Greek word translated in the New Testament as \u201cson\u201d is \u201cpias\u201d and \u201cpaida\u201d, which means \u201cservant\u201d or \u201cson in the sense of servant\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">These have been translated in many Bible translations regarding Jesus as \u201cson\u201d and in relation to everyone else as \u201cservant\u201d. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">We can see from this that Jesus actually only said that he was God&#8217;s servant. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Additional problems with the trinity<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For a Christian, God had to take human form to understand temptation and human suffering, but this idea is not based on any clear statements by Jesus. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">On the contrary: God does not have to be tempted and suffer in order to put himself in the position of men and to forgive the sins of men &#8211; because He is the omniscient creator of men. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This is expressed in the following verse: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Exodus 3: 7 \u201cAnd the LORD said: I have seen the misery of my people in Egypt and heard their cries about their oppressors; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">I have recognized their sufferings. \u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">God forgave sins before the appearance of Jesus and He continues to be forgiven without advocates. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">When a believer sins, he may appear to God with serious repentance to achieve forgiveness. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Indeed, the offer to be humble before God and to be saved applies to all of humanity. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Isaiah 45: 21-22, cf. Jonah 3: 5-10 \u201cOtherwise there is no God but Me, a just God and Savior, and there is none except Me. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Turn to me, you will be saved, ends of all world; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">because I am God and no one else. \u201d<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">According to the Bible, through genuine repentance to God, people can directly ask for forgiveness of sins. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This is valid for all times and all places. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">There was never a need for a so-called advocate role that Jesus plays in attaining penance. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The facts speak for themselves. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Christian belief that Jesus died for our sins and salvation is only possible through Jesus is simply not true. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Then what about saving people from Jesus? <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The death of Jesus does not repent of sins, nor does it somehow correspond to biblical prophecy.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Christians claim that when Jesus was born, God was embodied in the form of a human being. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">To say that God really became a human being raises a lot of questions. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Let us ask the following questions about the God-man Jesus. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">What happened to his foreskin after he was circumcised? Bodies like that of ordinary human beings? If his body didn&#8217;t work in a true human way, he couldn&#8217;t be a true human any more than he could be a true God.
