{"id":8478,"date":"2020-06-20T01:50:12","date_gmt":"2020-06-20T06:50:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ask-a-muslim.com\/?p=8478"},"modified":"2020-07-11T11:40:43","modified_gmt":"2020-07-11T16:40:43","slug":"menschenrechte-und-gerechtigkeit-im-islam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ask-a-muslim.com\/de\/menschenrechte-und-gerechtigkeit-im-islam\/","title":{"rendered":"Menschenrechte und Gerechtigkeit im Islam"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Islam creates many human rights for the individual. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Here are some of the rights that Islam protects.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The life and property of all citizens of an Islamic state are considered sacred, regardless of whether the person is a Muslim or not. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Islam also protects honor. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">So Islam is not allowed to abuse anyone or make fun of someone. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Prophet Muhammad said: &#8222;Verily, your blood, your possessions and your honor are untouchable.&#8220; [1]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Racism is not allowed in Islam because the Quran speaks about equality in the following verses:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201cOh people, we have created you from man and woman and made you peoples and tribes so that you may recognize each other. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Truly, the most respected of you is the most feared of God [2]. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Verily, God is omniscient, omniscient. \u201d <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">(Quran 49:13)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Islam refuses to favor certain people or nations because of their wealth, strength, or race. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">God created human beings in the same way. He only distinguishes them in their faith and piety. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Prophet Muhammad said: \u201cO people! <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Your God is one and your progenitor (Adam) is one. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">An Arab is no better than a non-Arab, and a non-Arab is no better than an Arab, and a red (ie white with a reddish tinge) person is no better than a black person and a black person is no better than one red man, [3] except in piety. \u201d[4]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">One of the biggest problems facing humanity today is racism. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The developed world can send a person to the moon, but it cannot stop people from hating and fighting others. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Since the time of the Prophet Muhammad, Islam has provided a shining example of how racism can be ended. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The annual pilgrimage (Ha\u011f\u011f) to Makkah shows the real Islamic brotherhood of all races and nations when about two million Muslims from all over the world come to Makkah to perform the pilgrimage rite.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Islam is a religion of justice. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">God says:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201cGod commands you to return the entrusted goods to their owners; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">and if you judge between two people to judge justice &#8230; \u201d(Quran 4:58) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">And he says:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201c&#8230; and be fair. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Verily, God loves the righteous. \u201d <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">(Quran 49: 9) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">We should even be just with those we hate, as God says: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u201c&#8230; and hatred of a group should not tempt you to act differently than just. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Be just, that is closer to the fear of God &#8230; \u201d(Quran 5: 8) <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">The Prophet Muhammad said:\u201c People, beware of injustice, [5] because injustice means darkness on the day of judgment. \u201d[6] <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">And those Those who have not received their rights in this life (ie they have the right to sue) will get it on the day of judgment, as the Prophet said: \u201cOn the day of judgment, those who are entitled to it will be given their rights (and injustice is redressed) &#8230; \u201d[7]<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Footnotes: <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">[1] Narrated by Sahih Al-Bukhary, # 1739, and Musnad Ahmad, # 2037. <\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">[2] Oh people, we have created you from man and woman and made you peoples and tribes so that you may recognize each other. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Verily, the most respected of you is God, who is most fearful of God.
