DOES THE SUN SET OR RISE??<\/p>\n

Of course not. So Du Lqarnayn didn’t see it in a murky mud nor did he see it setting😂<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

We can just stop here for the reasonable<\/p>\n

But let’s proceed more😊<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Second,<\/p>\n

🌿<\/span><\/span>If I tell you I found the moon hiding behind a black cloud and how it is scaring then it raised above that cloud what would be your reaction?<\/p>\n

🌿<\/span><\/span>If i tell you i saw someone grasping the sun in his hands<\/p>\n

🌿<\/span><\/span> if i tell you i saw the sun setting in a basket<\/p>\n

🌿<\/span><\/span>If I tell you i saw someone stole the sun, put it in his car and drove away<\/p>\n

How would you react!!!<\/p>\n

🥀<\/span><\/span>🌿<\/span><\/span>will you try to prove to me it’s unscientific? !<\/p>\n

No of course because you already know what i mean.<\/p>\n

Yet if you try to prove to me that the moon is so and so from a scientific view that it’s far etc then it’s you that is a fool not me because i was talking about how i FOUND it appearing to me cos i already know how scientifically<\/p>\n

Qur’an 18:86 \u2014 Sun sets in murky\/ muddy water?!???!?<\/p>\n

👉<\/span><\/span>👉<\/span><\/span>👉<\/span><\/span>Yes Quran narrates that on a well known king who travelled all around the globe<\/p>\n

BUT, suddenly was contemplating the sun which was looking AS IF going down in a muddy water<\/p>\n

Quran never says what you claimed
\n[And he marched westwards] till, when he came to the setting of the sun, it appeared to him that it was setting in a dark, turbid sea

Until when he reached the setting-place of the sun, he perceived it setting in a miry spring…
\n\u25cf[Abdul Majid Daryabadi]<\/p>\n

Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it [as if] setting in a spring of dark mud…
\n\u25cf[Saheeh International]<\/p>\n

This verse doesn’t state the sun goes into a body of water, there are no implications of this at all.<\/p>\n

Some argue saying some translations added AS IF…well according to Arabic linguistics that’s what it means<\/p>\n

And If I tell you I found the sun setting in my basket ball net. Then what would you understand?!<\/p>\n

Will you fuss saying no science says bla bla bla..if you do that i will put you with fools because this has nothing to do with science here but with how i personally saw the sun. (see pic below)<\/p>\n

The same thing said on NASA website then are they fools too that they made this scandal on their site or they were only contemplating it<\/p>\n

That’s exactly how Quran describes things<\/p>\n

Quranic styles sometimes it gathers scene audio feeling and fear or hope<\/p>\n

you will never find such a fabulous book as such<\/p>\n

What the verse states is that Dhul-Qarnayn found\/saw\/perceived the sun setting in a body of water, which would obviously be the case when he travelled as far west as possible until there was no more land to travel on. Just as one can easily do if they visit the sea-side and watch the sunset.<\/p>\n

We went back to all Quranic tafseer or interpretators and found all agreed that sun seemed to him so..<\/p>\n

Now
\nWe know that Sunna interpretes Quran<\/p>\n

What does Prophet Muhammed says about the sun then?<\/p>\n

Now underline this hadeeth of prophet with several highlights:<\/p>\n

“It is going in a non-stop regular motion. It does not cease or disappear.It sets in one place and rises in another. So that some people would say it has set and other would say it has just risen (at the same moment).<\/p>\n

\nIn this too is a clear proof from Islam that ((each swim in an orbit)) as Quran mentions and affirms!

Quran says

This verse doesn’t state the sun goes into a body of water, there are no implications of this at all.<\/p>\n

🌸<\/span><\/span>Conclusion
\nThe allegation put forth against the Quran is utterly baseless and is simply refuted by the Arabic language. The verse contains no reference at all of the sun literally setting or entering or going down into a muddy pool of water.<\/p>\n

It simply tells the story of righteous servant of God – Dhul-Qarnayn – who traveled on a journey until he reached the time of sunset or the western part of his empire and saw the sun setting, from his perspective, in a body of water. As anyone is able to do if they visit the sea side.<\/p>\n

After looking at a few translation of the verse it becomes clear what the verse is saying. The verse clearly says Dhul-Qarnayn travelled to the end of the land (i.e. until he reached the sea), as far west as he could travel. When he travelled west and reached the coast, there was no more land in this direction (on is route to travel westward), there was only the ocean, and the sun was setting. And as he looked across the murky body of water he saw the sun setting at the horizon.<\/p>\n

So what does the Quran actually say, does it state the sun enters the murky spring as the critics claim?<\/p>\n

The Quran was revealed in Arabic so to answer this we need to do a linguistic analysis of the verse.<\/p>\n

Narrated Ibn Abbas:<\/p>\n

“Where does the sun set, and where does it rise from? The Messenger of Allah (Peace be upon him) answered, “It is going in a (nonstop) regular motion; it does not cease or disappear. It sets in one place and rises in another, and sets in another place and rises elsewhere and so on. So, some people would say the sun has set and others would say it has just risen (at the same moment).”<\/p>\n

[Reported by Imam Abi Is-haq al Hamadhani in \u201cMusnad Imam Abi Is-haq al-Hamadhani\u201d].<\/p>\n

Allah Exalted be He says:<\/p>\n

Until, when he came to the rising of the sun, he found it rising on a people for whom We had provided no covering protection against the sun.<\/p>\n

“he reached the setting of the sun, he found it [as if] set in a spring of murky water”<\/p>\n

“when he came to the rising of the sun, he found it rising on a people”<\/p>\n

The answer is given by our beloved prophet<\/p>\n

Quran says<\/p>\n

(18:86) Until, when he reached the setting of the sun, he found it [as if] setting in a spring of dark mud, and he found near it a people. Allah said, \u201cO Dhul-Qarnayn, either you punish [them] or else a dopt among them [a way of] goodness.\u201d<\/p>\n

While prophet Muhammad salla Allahu alayhi wa sallam says<\/p>\n

Do you know where the sun goes? They replied: Allah and His Apostle know best. He (the Holy Prophet) observed: Verily it (the sun) glides till it reaches its resting place under the Throne. Then it falls prostrate and remains there until it is asked: Rise up and go to the place whence you came, and it goes back and continues emerging out from its rising place and then glides till it reaches its place of rest under the Throne and falls prostrate and remains in that state until it is asked: Rise up and return to the place whence you came, and it returns and emerges out from it rising place and the it glides (in such a normal way) that the people do not discern anything ( unusual in it) till it reaches its resting place under the Throne. Then it would be said to it: Rise up and emerge out from the place of your setting, and it will rise from the place of its setting. The Messenger of Allah (\ufdfa) said. Do you know when it would happen? It would happen at the time when faith will not benefit one who has not previously believed or has derived no good from the faith.<\/p>\n

Sahih Muslim 159 a<\/p>\n

As for the hadeeth it’s unseen and beyond human capacity exactly like Allah sends the light of the sun to us in 8 minutes while it’s far from us with 1 million kilometers<\/p>\n

For you to believe in the unseen such as the aforementioned one you need to read on the Scientific Miracles Islam then and only then it would be easy for you to perceive such metaphysical things<\/p>\n

The answer is that
\nSun goes to set under the Throne of Allah as in Hadeeth<\/p>\n

The Prophet (\ufdfa) asked me at sunset, “Do you know where the sun goes (at the time of sunset)?” I replied, “Allah and His Apostle know better.” He said, “It goes (i.e. travels) till it prostrates Itself underneath the Throne and takes the permission to rise again, and it is permitted and then (a time will come when) it will be about to prostrate itself but its prostration will not be accepted, and it will ask permission to go on its course but it will not be permitted, but it will be ordered to return whence it has come and so it will rise in the west. And that is the interpretation of the Statement of Allah: “And the sun Runs its fixed course For a term (decreed). that is The Decree of (Allah) The Exalted in Might, The All- Knowing.” (36.38)<\/p>\n
