Shaykh al-Alb\u0101n\u012b answers: \u201cRegarding every suj\u016bd us-sah\u016b, its doer has the choice between prostrating before the sal\u0101m or after the sal\u0101m. And the detailed explanation that is mentioned in some books, especially the Hanbali ones, that (the suj\u016bd us-sah\u016b) is before the sal\u0101m for making additions (in the prayer), and after the sal\u0101m for omissions, this is baseless. Those who say it, they saw some occurrences to which the likes of this detail applied, but there are (also) occurrences that nullify this detail. Therefore, a person has the choice between 1-making the tasl\u012bm then prostrating, and 2-not making the tasl\u012bm and prostrating then making the tasl\u012bm of exiting the prayer.\u201d<\/p>\n
