Muslims believe Mary is the mother of Jesus Christ. Muslims believe that she is one of the best, if not the best, woman to ever walk the face of this earth. In fact, Allah named a full chapter of the Quran after her, which is Chapter 19, the Chapter of Mary. Muslims also believe that Mary was a chaste, virgin woman. Even some Christians deny that today, claiming that Mary’s husband was Joseph. However, Muslims say that Mary was a virgin, and Allah blessed her and gave her the miraculous birth of Jesus Christ without any male intervention, as a mercy and a sign for the people.
